Tupelo-Honey

Why tupelo honey?

Well there are two reasons.I bet most people will guess the song, but I doubt many will guess the second reason:

1.) The great Van Morrison song named "Tupelo Honey"

     AND

2.) The Tupelo tree (Nyssa sylvatica), one of my favorite trees.
